I worked with Ron Westbrook on the purchase of my pre-owned Toyota Tacoma truck. Overall it was a good experience... Coughlin was willing to negotiate a price with me... I liked that. I was disappointed to only receive one key for the vehicle and no owner's manual. However, Ron is going to try and see what he can do to help with these issues. I'd buy here again and I really like my truck!

In bringing my wifes car in for service, 2001 Toyota Highlander, I asked Kent Atruzi if a 2008 Highlander with a new window sticker was for sale, it was on the back lot. He said he would let me know when I returned on Monday with my 2001 for service. This was on Saturday. On my return Monday, he had Gary Waldron meet me, give me a price, we (my wife and I) test drove the car, and purchased it. Gary was very professional, had all the paperwork ready, and did stay over to meet with us, when we called to come in. He didn't put us off, or have another sales rep cover for him. As I am a sales rep my self, it is refreshing to see that "Great Customer Service" still exists. The 2008 Highlander I purchased did not come with floor mats, I had your parts department order them, they gave me a discount, and I had them the next day. I would recommend your dealership to my friends.

I am 63 years old. I purchased my first automobile in 1965. Obviously, I have had a few new cars since then.
Sometimes, buying a new car can be less than enjoyable. My experience at Coughlin was the most positive experience I have ever had when dealing for a new car. Dallas Frazier at Newark, Jeff Cavendish and Kevin Tomlinson at Johnstown, all worked to help my wife and me, find the exact vehicle we wanted and needed.
If I live long enough to purchase another new car, there is no doubt in my mind that I will begin my search at Coughlin Automotive. I sincerely appreciate the professional way in which all of you worked to make this buying experience special.
